| Charles Parkman Ford – Charley |

| Charles Ford has followed his passion after working in Technology Development, Importing, Sales & Marketing. The basis for his success is three simple words: Integrity, Candor & Truth. The Atlanta native realized his passion for Colorado after his first ski trip to Crested Butte in 1988. He attended The Lovett School in Atlanta Georgia where he earned scholarships to Loomis Chaffee in Windsor Connecticut and Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro New Hampshire. Olympic kayaking and collegiate wresting lead him to Division III Fort Lewis College(FLC) in Durango, Colorado earning a B.A. in International Business with an emphasis on the Latino culture and a Spanish Minor. He was the first graduating class with a degree in International Business and in 1996 he founded the International Club which organized students from around the globe to study at FLC. After studying in Guatemala, Mexico and Spain he started an online offsite data storage company and sold it in 2001. Then Charles began importing natural stone flooring as the Director of Purchasing for the Atlanta start up store, known today as Floor and Décor Outlets of America with 25 stores in 9 states. |

| When the flooring company was acquired he began his Vacation Real Estate career with DPS Sporting Club Development on The Ford Plantation near Savannah, Georgia. After his stellar success at providing families with vacation homes to create life-long experiences & memories, he and his wife Katherine returned to Colorado. He had realized his passion for Vacation Real Estate and commonly uses the this term: “vacation is why you work so hard”. Starwood Hotels & Resorts International hired him onto the Sheraton Mountain Vista in Avon as the Latino Sales Specialist. Since the late nineties Charles has spent extensive time in the Punta Mita area of Pacific Mexico building homes and continues working with Latino clients in Vail. Throughout the years with the Mountain Vista project, he was continuously a Top Producer for Starwood. Then his heavy focus in Vail Village began when he was recruited as one of only two Sales Associates to join Epiphany Clubs to launch the Club at Solaris in Vail Village. After completing the launch he moved to the Forbes Sotheby’s International Realty (now Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty) in Vail and is now with Prudential on Bridge Street in the heart of Vail Village. He enjoys sharing the Mountain Lifestyle with his two children and clients alike. |
